Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting and finance function, overseeing the full P&L.
- Manage monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance.
- Report financial and sustainability metrics to the parent company.
- Supervise and develop one direct report.
- Partner with plant leadership and international headquarters to support business objectives.
