Job Functions
· Completes daily task list to company specified standards
· Responsible for electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs
· Performs maintenance of all equipment, tools and machinery
· Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance program
· Maintains pool chemical balance, pool cleaning and maintenance
· Reads electric meters
· Completes minor landscaping projects including planting, pruning, trimming and weeding
· Performs minor irrigation repairs
· Waters plants and removes undesirable landscaping
· Operates mechanical equipment including lawn mower, weedwacker, hedge trimmer and blower
· Assists with events set-up
· Assists with housekeeping and janitorial duties
· Assists in cleaning RV pads
· Completes painting projects as needed
· Performs resort inspections
· Must have friendly customer-service oriented demeanor
Requirements
· English communication skills
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Must be available on weekends and on holidays
· Involves heavy lifting, digging and carrying equipment
· Knowledge of operation of landscaping, electrical and mechanical hand tools
· Has a working knowledge of plants, soils, pest and weed control
· Work with minimum supervision
