Duties

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards.
- Conduct night audit procedures when necessary, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and special requests to support seamless operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Familiarity with front desk responsibilities such as guest check-in/out procedures, reservation systems, and night audit processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation platforms is advantageous.
- Prior experience working during weekends or night shifts in a fast-paced hospitality setting is a plus.
