We're currently hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Lounge Associates who are passionate about people, enjoy creating memorable experiences, and want to grow with an expanding local business.
What You'll Do
As an Ash & Vine Lounge Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment customers walk through the door.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, professional attitude
- Build relationships with customers and create a welcoming lounge atmosphere
- Recommend premium cigars based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, beer, wine, bottled beverages, and light refreshments while following all applicable alcohol service laws
- Process retail and lounge purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain the walk-in humidor by organizing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising inventory
- Keep the lounge, coffee station, bar area, and retail space clean and inviting
- Assist with receiving inventory and restocking products
- Support cigar events, tastings, live entertainment, and community gatherings
- Help achieve sales goals through education and exceptional customer service
- Represent the Ash & Vine brand with professionalism and pride

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, retail, or customer service is preferred
- Previous cash handling and POS experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a cigar lounge environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of cigars, beer, wine, or coffee is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
Full-Time Position
Our full-time associate will become an integral part of our daily operations and work closely with management to help create an outstanding guest experience.
