Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of various manufacturing processes and the ability to coordinate between different departments to meet production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication to factories on all production related matters
- Tracking the lifecycle of all styles in production
- Follow retailer requirements to factories for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, Testing
- Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM systems
- Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Process and daily emails with the factory
- Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
- Items for approval to Retailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
- All testing compliance
Qualifications:
3+Years’ experience in apparel production for mass market retailers
Required Skills:
- Sense of urgency and intuitive sense of priorities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Strong work ethic
- Working knowledge of tech packs and apparel
- Computer savvy
- Strong organization skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
