Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Work with and coordinate with other sub-contractors.

Read blueprints, produce material and material take-offs.
-
Provide management with estimated labor hours for specific projects.

Install materials and equipment per plans and specifications.
-
Interpret equipment submittals and manufacturer’s installation manuals.

Ensure projects are installed properly, successfully pass all required inspections and are completed within proper time frame.

Ensure all projects are completed within proper the time frame.

Ensure company vehicle and tools are properly maintained.

Mentor and coach helpers.
Qualifications:
Driver’s license with clean record

Ability to pass background and drug screening check
-
5+ years HVAC Lead Installer experience, crew and install management
-
Travel with overnight stays is required
-
Positive attitude, professional appearance and exceptional people skills
