To operate the telephone switchboard and provide customer service and assistance for clients of the VA Medical Center facility. Must be available to work within a 24-hour, 7 day per week schedule, which may include some or all city, state, and federal holidays.
Education and/or Experience: Requires high school diploma/GED or equivalent. Previous experience working with switchboards or telecommunications is preferred.
