Job Description - Customer Advisor ( AKA eBike Sales )
The role of Customer Adviser in our team is similar to a sales role, yet we place a focus on a no-pressure, consultative approach. You will work with customers to understand their needs, assist them by informing them about the electric bicycle world, and when appropriate guide them through a purchasing and ownership experience.
We are open to discussing a Part-time or Full-time schedule.

Our Needs:
- Must Have : 2+ years professional bike shop / bike industry experience
- Strong experience in sales
- Ability to listen carefully to customer needs and match them to solutions
- Available to work at least one weekend day
- Solid computer skills
