The Expeditors primary objective is to ensure each dish is prepared to established specifications prior to guest presentation.

Maintain a sanitary and organized work station

Facilitate a clear line of communication between the kitchen and wait staff
Job Requirements

Ability to effectively communiate in English (Verbal and Written)

Valid Food Handler's Certificate Required

Follow established menus and recipes

Observe proper service etiquette
