Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of fence construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Manage project documentation including construction plans, contracts, blueprints, and regulatory compliance records.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety standards are met and construction regulations are strictly followed.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and progress meetings to maintain project momentum.
- Manage project budgets effectively by controlling costs and optimizing resource utilization while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on fencing or civil works. Minimum 3 year of experience in all types of fencing.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately while managing contract scope changes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams within a construction management environment.
- Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and adherence to OSHA or other relevant regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $53,057.65 - $63,897.39 per year
