We are looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to oversee roofing crews and help keep residential and exterior projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise roofing crews on job sites.
- Coordinate daily work and ensure crews stay on schedule.
- Pick up and run materials for roofing, siding, and window crews as needed.
- Inspect completed work and address quality issues.
- Handle roofing repairs and service calls.
- Help troubleshoot job-site issues and coordinate solutions.
- Communicate with crews, customers, and management to ensure projects are completed properly and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site.
Qualifications
- Roofing or exterior construction experience required.
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of roofing repairs, materials, and installation practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and transport materials and work in outdoor conditions.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skill
