Position Summary
As a Massage Therapist, you will provide personalized, high-quality massage services that help our guests relax, rejuvenate, and fully enjoy their stay. You will create a serene, professional environment and deliver treatments with exceptional care and attention to detail. This role offers flexibility to occasionally support other ranch departments on a part-time basis, allowing you to contribute to the overall guest experience and explore different aspects of ranch operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a luxury, nature-inspired setting and is committed to delivering outstanding, guest-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other modalities based on guest preference.
- Conduct consultations with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa or massage environment.
- Uphold all state licensing requirements and professional standards.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
- Educate guests on wellness practices and post-massage care.
- On a case-by-case basis, support other ranch departments for additional hourly work to help round out your schedule if seeking a full-time schedule.
Qualifications
- Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, especially in luxury or resort settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Passion for Western culture, outdoor experiences, and luxury hospitality is required.
