The V Spa, a full service day spa, is a destination for relaxation and rejuvenation offering a variety of services for both members and non-members who are highly active and receive treatment massage on a regular basis. We are located within The Valley Athletic Club; a family friendly 180,000 square foot health and fitness facility offering indoor & outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor tennis, indoor & outdoor pickleball courts, racquetball courts, gymnasiums, workout areas, group fitness classes, children’s activity center, personal training w/ private training studios, pilates apparatus, steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis & more. With an emphasis on health & well being, customer service, member experience, and facility cleanliness, we are here to make a difference in the lives of others in both big and small ways each and every day.

Qualifications - License/Certification:
- Active WA State Massage License required
- Deep tissue and treatment experience preferred
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Providing a tailored service based on clients needs
- Exceptional Customer service (friendly greets and rebooks)
- Courteous, friendly, and professional communication skills with customers and team members.
- Appropriate chart notes
- Referring to customer intake and client notes prior to service
- Keeping customer client notes updated after service
- Keeping room clean during client appointments and ensuring room is reset for next person when leaving
- Ability to learn day spa services on menu
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a professional, team oriented environment
