Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 A - 5:00 P & rotating weekends.
Role: Customer Service Representative 3 - Handling inbound patient phone calls regarding specialisty product follow-up.
Location: 404 Ford Street Ford City, PA 16226 Ford City transitioned to Work-From-Home after 90 days of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Intake and follow-up activities for new product orders of custom or highly technical products, which requires a high level of qualification knowledge.
- Confirming order accuracy, arranging delivery or service, and discussing patient financial responsibility with the customer.
- Assembly, maintenance, and follow-up documents related to insurance reimbursement guidelines.
- Communication to coordinate the delivery, exchange, troubleshooting, set-up, and pick-up of equipment, supplies, and services quickly and timely to meet customer needs.
- Incoming calls, with primary responsibility being the same product category calls, but may assist with others as workload demands.
- Scheduling, negotiating to price, placing special orders for product/supplies, data entry, and reporting activities.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Knowledge of the equipment we sell, its care and maintenance, and the types of customers to whom we serve.
- Knowledge of reimbursement process and Insurance coverage criteria.
- Email and internet navigation skills
- Professional appearance and sales mindset.
- Possess the ability to work independently and productively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- One to two years of customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology
- Data Entry experience in a fast paced environment
