We are a Orthodontic Practice located in Torrance seeking a talented and experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. RDA license required.
Compensation: Based on experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Duties for our Assistant Include:
- Ensuring that all orthodontic instruments and equipment are properly sterilized before each use.
- Taking intraoral X-rays of patients’ mouths.
- Taking dental molds (manual and digital) of patients’ teeth for the fabrication of customized mouth guards and retainers.
- Removing and replacing wires.
- Reviewing elastics
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices and braces aftercare
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
