Position Description:
As a Service Support/Loaner Agent team member you will work side by side with service staff and management. Your main job duty will be making sure the loaner vehicles are ready for customer use and then checking customers into those loaners. Other operational activities include checking in loaners, communicating with the detail department, customer phone support, setting of service appointments and moving cars on the lot as needed. This position will allow an individual the ability to learn different aspects of the Service Department and the opportunity for growth and advancement.
Position Requirements:
· Customer-related service experience preferred but not required.
· Professional customer facing interactions, both verbally and in appearance.
· Good energy, with a positive attitude while working in the elements.
· Available to work Saturdays 8am-4pm as needed.
· Must pass pre-employment screening to include background checks, MVR (clean driving record) with valid driver’s license and drug testing to qualify for employment.
