Respond promptly to maintenance work orders submitted by residents

Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the property, including common areas and individual units

Coordinate with property management on work order status and priorities

Be available oncall for rotation afterhours maintenance emergencies

Document completed work orders accurately and in a timely manner

Prior experience in residential or commercial building maintenance

Working knowledge of general repair and maintenance practices

Ability to respond to afterhours emergency calls as needed

Strong communication skills and a professional, residentfriendly demeanor

Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
