Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The right candidate will effectively initiate and manage the maintenance processes of the property including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as well as the make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives. The candidate also possesses a friendly professional attitude towards residents, business tenants, and contractors. Must have a strong ability to self start, time manage, and keep strict deadlines.
Duties
- Review, diagnose, and complete work orders in a timely fashion.
- Follow and maintain the preventative maintenance programs established for properties within the company and maintain accurate preventative maintenance service requests, make-readies, and work in progress.
- See to the day to day upkeep of properties.
- Painting and light carpentry as part of make-ready and repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, to perform precise repairs and installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and other departments regarding maintenance needs or project updates.
- Monitor the physical condition of the properties and immediately report and correct maintenance issues.
- Perform light grounds work, minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Experience
- Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role with a focus on electrical work, HVAC system repair, plumbing, carpentry, and general mechanical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems including diagnosis, repair, and routine maintenance procedures.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) processes in commercial or residential settings.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork.
Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and provide your own tools.

- Full Time Schedule - Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM
