Responsibilities:
- Assist the dietary team in preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents, adhering to our center's high standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and quality control
- Clean and maintain the dietary department, including equipment and storage areas
- Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food preparation, and serving
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to our center's policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our center's policies and procedures
