This is not an entry level position.
We are looking for a skilled and thorough Maintenance Technician to maintain a 199 unit, mid-rise (one bedrooms) apartment community, preserving the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as unit turn, painting, electrical, plumbing, landscaping etc. A Maintenance Technician is a professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly demonstrating a "can do" and innovative attitude to solve problems. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Mechanical aptitude is a must. We have a preference for someone with experience with plumbing, electrical and carpentry, and appliance repairs, snow plow and salt spreader use and maintenance.
Five years or more experience is required.
