Position Overview
We are looking for highly motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to help grow our customer base and increase sales throughout the region.
This position focuses on developing relationships with businesses, schools, churches, sports teams, nonprofits, municipalities, entrepreneurs, and community organizations that need custom apparel, uniforms, branded merchandise, promotional products, embroidery, and screen printing services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, prospecting, and creating long-term client relationships while earning uncapped commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct cold calls, cold visits, and networking outreach
- Schedule and attend client meetings
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
- Identify customer branding and apparel needs
- Develop strategic partnerships within the community
Sales & Account Management
- Present custom apparel and branding solutions
- Generate quotes and proposals
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Manage customer accounts and repeat business opportunities
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
