In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fun work environment. Primary duties include:

Phone and In Person troubleshooting of Computers, Phones, Networking Equipment, Printers, basically any technology or product.

Performing diagnostics and repair various technology devices including phones, computers, and tablets.

Repairing computers with virus and spyware infections.
Job Requirements:

Must have an understanding of IOS, Android, Windows 7, 8, 10, Mac OS.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of replacement of hardware components including RAM, HDD, and SSD.

Must have the ability to communicate with people with different technical backgrounds.

Must be able to multitask and keep your cool in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without accommodation.
