Duties

- Utilize various decorating techniques, including piping, fondant application, and airbrushing.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their vision and provide recommendations on cake designs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management of baking supplies and ingredients.
- Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional customer service during the event.
Experience
- Proven experience in cake decorating within the culinary or food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
