Responsibilities
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation to meet dietary requirements and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food products safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
- Support catering events or special meal services as needed
- Serve food to residents or customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cooking, and serving
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments, food service, or culinary roles is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and practices
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food preparation methods
- Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen environments and the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
