<Job Overview>
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents across various settings, including long-term care, memory support, and acute care environments. Your expertise will ensure safe, effective treatment plans while fostering a warm and supportive atmosphere for residents and their families.
<Duties>
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations to evaluate residents’ health status.
- Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterization, suturing, wound care including ostomy management, and tube feeding.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and coordination of services like dialysis or cardiology procedures.
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like Epic for accurate documentation of patient care and medical records.
- Conduct triage assessments in urgent or emergency situations
- Support infection control protocols and ensure compliance with NCQA standards for quality healthcare delivery.
<Qualifications>
- Valid RN or LPN license with current state certification.
- Proven experience in diverse clinical settings such as hospital medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or long-term care environments.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic and PCC (Point Click Care).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays preferred.
- Ability to perform advanced nursing procedures including IV insertion, phlebotomy, laboratory specimen collection/processing, and aseptic technique.
- Critical care experience such as Level I/II trauma center or ICU experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $29.46 - $46.64 per hour
