At Juneberry Ridge, our Line Cooks get to experience food from farm to table firsthand. You'll work alongside our chefs to prepare fresh, seasonal dishes using ingredients connected to the land around us—all while creating memorable experiences for our guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare, serve, and clean up food for a variety of meals and events, including plated meals, boxed
meals, take-and-bake items, buffets, and banquets.
· Upholding and following our sanitation and food safety standards and programing.
· Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and Juneberry Ridge’s mission and values.
A TYPICAL DAY
· Keep your workstation organized, prepare ingredients and tools, follow recipes, and work with the
Culinary Leaders to complete daily tasks.
· Clean and organize walk in cooler, noting FIFO rotation, upkeep of par levels and proper storage
aligned with health department standards.
· Work as part of the culinary and hospitality team to prepare great food and create memorable
experiences for our guests.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
· Two or more years cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
· Ability to work flexible hours depending on guest service needs such as early mornings (breakfast),
afternoons (lunch), and evenings (dinner), and including weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds.
· A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in and help the team.
· Be dependable, honest, and committed to Juneberry Ridge’s mission and values. Organized, creative,
adaptable, and detail oriented appreciated.
· Good time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well with others.
· Must pass background check.
