What You'll Do
You'll work directly with patients while also helping shape the future of our practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Medical weight loss consultations
- Wellness evaluations
- Hormone optimization
- Peptide therapy management
- IV vitamin therapy
- Aesthetic consultations and treatments (or willingness to learn)
- Patient education
- Follow-up visits
- Collaborating with coaches and medical assistants
- Helping develop new wellness programs
- Contributing ideas that help grow the practice
- Becoming a trusted face of the RCMC brand
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about wellness and preventive medicine
- Personable and confident with patients
- A lifelong learner
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Excited to help build and grow a practice
- Comfortable educating patients and speaking in front of small groups
- A true team player who leads with kindness and integrity
Experience Preferred
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Medical Weight Loss
- GLP-1 therapies
- Hormone Replacement Therapy
- Peptide Therapy
- IV Therapy
- Aesthetic Injectables (Botox, fillers)
- Microneedling
- PRP/PRF
- Functional Medicine
- Longevity Medicine
- Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine
