Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Lot Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle lot. Responsibilities
- Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles, ensuring efficient parking and retrieval within parking areas using manual transmission vehicles.
- Greet guests and customers warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through the parking process.
- Manage vehicle inventory by inspecting, documenting, and organizing cars on the lot with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with sales teams, delivery drivers, and service staff to facilitate smooth vehicle movement and deliveries.
- Maintain safety standards by monitoring lot conditions, conducting visual inspections, and enforcing parking regulations.
- Handle cash transactions related to parking fees or services with accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, utilizing strong communication skills to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealership operations, retail math, or as a delivery driver is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Knowledge of parking regulations and familiarity with dealership or retail environments.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in bilingual settings if applicable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in vehicle handling and record keeping.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cashiering duties confidently.
