About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our production team, where you will play a vital role in crafting high-precision components for diverse industries including defense, robotics, and energy. By leveraging your technical expertise in CNC programming and machine operation, you will ensure the delivery of top-tier parts while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.
Responsibilities-
Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce complex, high-tolerance parts.

Interpret intricate blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure absolute production accuracy.

Execute rigorous quality inspections using precision gauging tools like micrometers and calipers to maintain strict standards.

Optimize production workflows by troubleshooting machine issues and refining setup processes.

Perform deburring and finishing tasks to ensure every component meets final quality requirements.

Maintain a high standard of shop floor safety and organizational efficiency.

Mentor junior team members and apprentices, sharing technical knowledge to elevate overall team performance.

Utilize manual machining skills to support specialized project requirements as needed.

Completion of a formal apprenticeship program with Journeyman status.

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with CNC machining.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and blueprints.

Strong command of CNC programming and machine setup procedures.

Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe and high-quality production environment.

Advanced experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software.

Technical certifications such as NIMS credentials.

Experience operating multi-axis VMCs and CNC lathes (Fanuc/Doosan systems).
