What We’re Looking For:
- A vibrant, engaging personality who can brighten a room and delight kids and parents alike
- Experience working with children or in teaching roles is a plus but not required — we provide full training!
- A candidate ready to grow with us and build a lasting relationship
- A community advocate who connects with parents and promotes our program
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, reflecting the spirit of Romp n’ Roll
- Availability a few days during the week
Your Role: Beyond Teaching
As a Romp n’ Roll instructor, you’ll:
- Lead music, movement, and art classes for young children
- Be the heart and soul of our community by building lasting relationships
- Interact warmly with parents and caregivers
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and joyful environment
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and special events like birthday parties
