Rehab Directives is a privately owned therapy clinic providing personalized, hands-on care for adult patients We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) who shares our passion for high-quality adult healthcare and values a team-oriented, patient-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments in alignment with the patient’s individualized care plan
- Collaborate closely with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and in-services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies
- Stay up to date with current best practices in occupational therapy
- Educate and support patients and their families/caregivers in exercises and strategies to reach functional goals
- Identify and refer patients to additional services as appropriate
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) by the State of Nevada
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to patient-centered care
