Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for your next leadership opportunity on 2nd shift? Staples is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, develop associates, and drive safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction in our fast-paced Fulfillment Center.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates.
- Drive productivity, quality, accuracy, and safety goals.
- Plan daily staffing and workflow to meet operational demands.
- Partner with Fulfillment Center leadership to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
- Experience in a distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse with seasonal temperature changes.
- Ability to pass a drug screen (where legally permissible).
