Ratoskey & Trainor is a growing trucking and excavation business that is looking for a new team member to dispatch and manage office responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide tasks for employees to meet company expectations.
- Manage a team of mechanics and operators
- Assign work and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensure employees are working safety
- Knowledge of equipment
- Ordering equipment parts
- Strong desire to lead people and coach others to better perform
- Knowledge on dispatching a fleet of trucks
- Knowledge with QuickBooks online/Excel
- Organization skills
- Able to multitask
- Strong knowledge of vehicles and equipment
Job Requirements:
- MUST live in Montgomery PA or surrounding area ~OR~ be comfortable with a commute to Norristown, PA DAILY.
- MUST be able to work M-F from 7:00am to 4:00pm. **Saturday hours are available **
- MUST have previous office experience.
- MUST be able to use QuickBooks at an expert level.
- MUST be capable of making decisive decisions.
- Ability to manage time and multi-task effectively to fulfill tasks in a timely manner.
- MUST have a valid driver's license & own method of transportation.
- MUSE be able to use excel
