Jackrabbit Air Conditioning is growing and looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our Ocala team. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups.
- Identify equipment issues and provide homeowners with repair and replacement recommendations.
- Complete service documentation accurately using company software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Certification required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Experience with heat pumps, package units, and high-efficiency HVAC systems is a plus.
