Duties
- Receive incoming service requests via phone, email, or online platforms, accurately documenting customer details and service requirements.
- Utilize transportation management systems, vehicle dispatch software, and GPS tools to assign jobs to technicians based on location, availability, and skill set.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors using internal communication channels to ensure seamless scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor technician progress throughout the day using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and GPS data to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
- Manage freight, shipping & receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery of parts and equipment needed for HVAC repairs.
Skills
- Experience with transportation planning, logistics management, fleet management, and road transportation operations.
- Excellent analysis skills for route optimization, freight management, and operational troubleshooting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask using multi-line phone systems and handle high-volume phone call management professionally.
- Effective communication skills for internal coordination, customer service interactions, and phone etiquette.
- Data entry accuracy combined with typing proficiency for maintaining precise records in logistics databases.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
