JOB DUTIES
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, coverage changes, billing inquiries, renewal reviews and claims support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and personalized service.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and other service requests accurately and efficiently.
- Review client coverage needs and identify opportunities to recommend additional products or solutions when appropriate.
- Support clients through the claims process by providing guidance and serving as a trusted point of contact.
- Prepare quotes, process applications, and assist with onboarding new clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems.
- Collaborate with carriers and internal team members to resolve client concerns and ensure timely service.
- Follow up proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay current on insurance products, agency procedures, and industry guidelines to provide knowledgeable support.
- Assist with administrative tasks that support daily agency operations and overall client experience.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment aligned with the values and service standards of Tomberlain Insurance Group.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Property & Casualty license
- 3+ years of focused commercial lines insurance industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policies, documentation, and client information
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to respond to client needs promptly and professionally
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in computer systems, agency management software, and standard office applications
- Ability to learn and apply insurance products, coverage options, and carrier guidelines
- Strong professional and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
