Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning services according to the project scope
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Smartphone with camera
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends when needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Experience
- Office cleaning
- Retail cleaning
- Medical offices
- Post-construction cleaning
- Floor care
- Carpet cleaning (a plus)
Insurance
General Liability Insurance is preferred. Contractors without insurance may be considered if they are willing to obtain coverage before accepting assignments.
