We are family owned and operated with our owners in stores daily. Now hiring for Hampstead location. Full time positions only! Hours of operation Tuesday-Friday 9-5:30, Saturday 9-4:30. Closed Sunday and Monday
```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a retail environment
- Assist customers with their jewelry purchasing and repair needs, including product recommendations and demonstrations
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock inventory and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on the latest jewelry trends and product knowledge
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Proficient in using technology devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
