Job Title: Repack Team Member (Warehouse)
Pay: $16.00 / hour
Schedule: Thurs- Sat 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Reports To: Site Supervisor
The Opportunity:
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our repack team. This is a straightforward, entry-level warehouse role, but we want people who want to grow with us. If you show up on time and work hard, we will train you to operate forklifts and help you move up within the company!
Note: This is a highly active, physically demanding, and repetitive role. If you like staying moving and prefer a workout over sitting at a desk, this is the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do:

Manual Labor: Open product cases, build cardboard displays, label bags/cases, and stack repacked items on pallets.

Order Accuracy: Create mixed product cases and fulfill orders to client specifications using an RF handheld scanner.

Quality & Safety: Inspect products for damage, keep the warehouse clean/organized, and safely operate basic warehouse tools.

Continuous Improvement: Voice your ideas to management on how we can make our processes smoother and more efficient.
What We’re Looking For:

Reliability: You must be timely, dependable, and ready to show up for your team every day.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation throughout a 10-hour shift.

Basic Skills: Ability to read, count accurately, do simple math, and meet daily deadlines.

Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a big plus, but not required—we will train the right attitude!
