️ What You’ll Do:

Prepare surfaces and materials for painting and finishing.
- Operate painting equipment such as paint sprayers and paint shakers.
- Apply paints and coatings to building components with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Work safely in paint booths and around large materials and equipment.
- Use hand and power tools to support painting and finishing operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
