As a CR3 American Exteriors Sales Personnel your job will consist of meeting with Homeowners, perform exterior inspections, present estimates and create trust with our clients.
Requirements:
- Comfortable climbing ladders
- Able to inspect roofs safety with or without project manager there
- Comfortable working all seasons
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to walk different roof pitches
- Perform free roof inspections
- Confidence presenting Estimates to clients
- Have great communication skills
- Have basic smartphone and computer skills
- Willing to learn our CRM System
- Have positive attitude and be self-motivated
- Stay organized and follow with clients consistently
- Generate New Leads through neighborhood outreach and referrals.
- Educate Clients on roofing, siding, gutters, any exterior needs, financing, and insurance claims assistance
- Help prepare estimates but mostly guide customers through the rotation process.
- Build lasting customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be 18 or older
- Professional Appearance
- Must pass a basic random drug test
Preferred BUT not required:
- Sales experience in roofing or construction
- Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus
- Experience with insurance restoration and Financing
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
