Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for a contract opportunity. This role requires a strong background in product strategy and execution, healthcare technology, and AI-driven solutions. You will lead the development of digital tools and backend platforms, driving measurable business outcomes through data and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and execution across digital health tools and backend systems
- Apply insights from Google Analytics and other data sources to guide decisions
- Define, measure, and optimize key product KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Drive Agile product development cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
- Integrate AI and machine learning components into healthcare product offerings where applicable
- Solve complex problems through structured analysis and strategic thinking
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Advanced degree (preferred)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification (required upon hire)
- Proven expertise in product management, strategy, and execution
- Strong experience with Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience in healthcare technology and AI applications
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience with healthcare compliance and data privacy (e.g., HIPAA)
- Demonstrated success leading hybrid teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
