Physical Requirements & Environment:
- Physical Demand: Heavy work involving frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and occasional force up to 100 lbs. Requires significant walking, sitting, climbing, and pulling.
- Environment: Regular exposure to outdoor elements, including extreme temperatures and high-noise levels.
- Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively to maintain safety around heavy rolling equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Expereince operating a skid steer or forklift is a plus.
- Physical ability to climb, bend, and stoop as needed for daily tasks.
- Clean driving record that meets insurability standards.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English with legible handwriting.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Requirement: must provide own safety-approved boots.
These positions are full-time seasonal jobs with winter layoff possible. Successful applicants may be converted to permanent full-time employees upon demonstrating their skills and abilities.
