As a Verizon Representative, you’ll have deep knowledge of 5G networks, wireless plans, and sales strategies. You’ll meet Hamden residents, explain plan features, and help with device selection. Through organized sales interactions, active sales follow-up, and structured customer engagement, the Verizon Representative drives Verizon’s wireless sales successfully.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Representative
- Start your day with a mission to engage homeowners and close sales for the world’s most reliable 5G wireless and mobile gear.
- Skip the technical talk to engage customers with clear explanations of how Verizon’s 5G network makes their favorite apps and games faster.
- Lead the sales journey by bringing the latest phones directly to the customer's door for a personal, hands-on demonstration.
- Secure the sale by matching each family member’s lifestyle with the ideal Verizon smartphone and unlimited data tier.
- Deliver a stress-free customer experience by handling all the activation details and sales documentation right then and there.
- Report on daily sales activity and market trends to help the sales team keep a pulse on what Hamden residents need most.
