Job Summary
- 1st year Income potential - $85,000 - $105,000
- Base salary plus Manager bonus opportunities

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of up to 10 staff.
- Goal setting and motivating your team is very important to the position.
- You will be responsible for a sales goal and a P&L goal.
- You will be working with your sales team on the street, working with existing customers and prospecting for new ones.
Job Requirements
- Past management experience required
- Past sales experience required
- A proven trend of personal growth and performance over time
- Longevity at previous jobs and a desire for a long-term career
- Past P&L experience a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Willingness to engage in physical labor
- Personal vehicle usage required (reimbursed through company gas card and vehicle usage fund)
