THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team on a part-time, flexible (PRN) basis, with the option of a set recurring schedule. You will provide provider-led consultations and deliver a range of wellness, aesthetic, and optimization services alongside our Medical Director and clinical staff. This is an excellent fit for an NP who values autonomy, a premium patient experience, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized wellness and optimization plans
- Provide provider-led services within your license and clinical judgment, including IV therapy, aesthetics, weight management, and peptide and regenerative wellness offerings
- Order and interpret diagnostic labs and translate findings into personalized recommendations
- Oversee clinical protocols and support the clinical staff as needed
- Partner with the Medical Director on clinical quality, safety, and standards of care
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
- Deliver a warm, concierge-level experience that reflects the Virtue brand
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active, unrestricted Florida APRN / Nurse Practitioner license
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
- Active DEA registration and NPI number
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound, autonomous clinical judgment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in aesthetics, functional or integrative medicine, IV therapy, hormone optimization, weight management, or regenerative wellness
- Aesthetic and/or therapeutic injectables experience
- Comfort in a growth-oriented, membership-based boutique practice
- Entrepreneurial mindset and an eye for premium patient experience
SCHEDULE & ENGAGEMENT
- Part-time / PRN with flexible scheduling; a set recurring schedule is available
- On-site in Lutz, FL
- 1099 independent contractor engagement
