Lead and develop a high-performing team
Drive an outstanding client experience
Oversee scheduling, inventory, hiring, and business performance

Partner with district leadership to help the shop thrive
What You Bring
Active Colorado Barber or Cosmetology License
3+ years of barbering or styling experience
3+ years of management experience in any industry, or 1+ year managing a Floyd's location
Experience with scheduling, inventory, hiring, and P&L management
A passion for coaching others and building strong teams
