About Us:
At House of Healing Oregon, we believe in strengthening families through connection and healing. We are seeking an experienced Family Therapist to provide trauma-informed care, helping families navigate challenges and foster healthier relationships. We support therapists in obtaining licensure in Oregon and hire both associates and fully licensed individuals.
What You’ll Do:
· Conduct family therapy sessions to support relationship dynamics.
· Utilize systemic therapy approaches to address family challenges.
· Help clients develop communication skills and emotional regulation strategies.
· Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation (admin handles all billing).
· Choose your own schedule with flexible hours.
What We’re Looking For:
· Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
· Licensed or actively working toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent). We support individuals in obtaining licensure in Oregon and hire both associates and fully licensed therapists.
· Experience with family development and systems work (play therapy not required).
· Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care in a professional, luxury setting.
