What You'll Do
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
- Write repair orders and provide clear, accurate estimates
- Recommend maintenance and additional services based on inspections and manufacturer guidelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Review completed work and finalize invoices at vehicle pickup
- Maintain accurate service and warranty documentation
What We're Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor / Service Writer experience REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership management systems preferred
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
