Wags West, the Upper West Side's premier family-owned pet care company, is seeking sharp, dependable, and self-motivated professionals for a structured, midday pet care position. You'll spend your days outdoors in two of New York's most beautiful parks, bonding with our happy neighborhood dogs on organized, easily walkable routes, always backed by a supportive team.
This position is highly selective and ideally suited for recent college graduates taking a gap year, or working creative professionals (writers, artists, actors, musicians, and freelancers) who possess exceptional time-management skills and desire a consistent, gratifying daytime income while pursuing their primary goals.
We are not looking for casual gig-workers. We want responsible, personable individuals who take pride in their work, communicate beautifully, and are passionate about giving grateful neighborhood pets the elite care and companionship they deserve.
- Background: Recent college graduates taking a gap year or disciplined creative professionals seeking a steady, reliable anchor for their schedule.
- Availability: Able to commit to a consistent Monday - Friday schedule between the hours of 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM for at least 9 months.
